Job Description: GameStop is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry. The Online Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing support to customers through online chat, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and promoting positive customer interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online chat. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and assist with order processing. 3. Maintain accuracy in all customer communications and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software is a plus. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
