Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to start their career in the healthcare industry and are eager to provide exceptional customer service through online communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and services - Assist customers with navigating the company website and online tools - Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns as needed - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service - Must be comfortable working with technology and have basic computer skills - Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus but not required
