Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Vend is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through web chat. This is a part-time Associate Level position requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a virtual setting. 2. High level of cooperation and emotional intelligence to handle a variety of customer situations. 3. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
