Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Huntsman is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. This is an entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, independent, creative, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
