Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

ADP is currently seeking an Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field and develop their skills in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online web chat by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to customers in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Use decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations and escalate issues when necessary - Innovate new ways to improve the online chat experience for customers and increase efficiency - Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude, even in challenging situations - Meet and exceed performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively - Innovative mindset to constantly improve the online chat experience for customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills - Proficiency in using web chat software and other online communication tools
