Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Skellerup Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a motivated and driven individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide support, answer queries, and assist with any concerns. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and support across all channels. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for online chat interactions.

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is preferred - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
