Performance Lab is seeking a reliable and energetic Support Assistant to work from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
As a Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Assisting with project coordination and tracking deadlines - Conducting research and preparing reports as needed - Responding to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders - Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: reliability and energy. Additionally, soft skills such as strategic planning and time management are essential for success in this role.
