Job Description:
Fiserv is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and confident personality, along with strong planning and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient and confident personality traits. 6. Strong planning and analysis skills.
