Job Description:
Frontier Communications is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are energetic and passionate about customer service. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support for internet and phone services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify trends and recommend strategic solutions for continuous improvement
