Remote Support Associate

Performance Food Group is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in remote support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to internal and external customers - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations - Strong creativity and planning skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in IT systems and troubleshooting techniques - Experience in a remote support role is a plus
