Job Description:
Salesforce.com is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales and development teams to resolve customer inquiries - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resourceful and reliable - Strong problem-solving skills - Leadership and decision-making skills - 2+ years of experience in a similar role
