Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a driven and resourceful Support Associate to work from home in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving their inquiries and technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. People management and cooperation skills.
