Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description: Kindred Healthcare is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve support efficiency and effectiveness - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor support ticketing system and ensure all requests are handled promptly and accurately - Analyze support data to identify trends and implement preventative measures - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews - Continuously seek ways to improve support team performance and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a support management role - Proven track record of leading successful support teams - Strong communication and leadership skills - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with support ticketing systems and customer service best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
