Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Support Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution - Develop and implement support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve system issues impacting customer support - Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members - Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that supports employees in their personal and professional growth - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a remote support management role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
