Job Description - Remote Support Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Support Manager to join our team at CST Brands in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance and mentoring as needed - Develop and implement remote support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and maintain performance metrics to ensure team goals are being met - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to continuously improve remote support services - Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new processes and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Confident in making decisions and handling challenging situations - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Experience with remote support tools and technologies
