Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


UGI is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in remote support management, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote support team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor support tickets and escalate issues as necessary to meet service level agreements. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve technical issues. 5. Continuously evaluate and improve support performance through data analysis and feedback from customers. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with UGI's support services. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in remote support management.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in remote support management. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances. 4. Excellent time management and attention to detail. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
