Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Remote Support Manager to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, cooperative, and skilled in negotiation.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote support staff, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction level. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Provide regular training and coaching to remote support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and work with other departments to resolve them promptly. 6. Continuously review and optimize processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity. 7. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination of support activities. 8. Maintain a positive and supportive working environment for remote support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools. 8. Flexibility to work on a part-time basis and overtime as required.
