Job Description:
Computer Sciences is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to work remotely from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a support management role, who is adaptable, motivated, innovative, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership and guidance to the support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall support experience. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services. 4. Analyze support metrics and leverage data to drive strategic initiatives and make informed decisions. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 7+ years of experience in a support management role. 3. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving support KPIs. 4. Strong leadership and team management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams. 7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. Proficiency in using support management tools and software.
