Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Manager to join our team and work from home in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Represent the company in a professional manner at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field - 6 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proven leadership and team management experience - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results


Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities
