Sempra Energy is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Support Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of support staff, ensuring that they deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team, including managing workload distribution, setting performance goals, and monitoring KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues, developing and implementing process improvements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and driven, with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. They will have a proven track record of successfully leading a support team and achieving measurable results.
