Job Description - Support Officer

Job Description:


General Mills is looking for a part-time Support Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to various departments within the company. We are seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, file management, and document preparation - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members - Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other activities - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to queries and redirecting as necessary - Maintain a tidy and organized office environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a support role - Independent and confident with the ability to work effectively without constant supervision - Strong presentation and people management skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
