Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Support Officer to join our team at Pacific Life in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and assistance to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 3. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. 4. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. 5. Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking. 6. Assist with research and analysis tasks as required. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. 8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
