Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Representative to join our team at Joy Business Academy. This part-time position will allow you to work remotely from your location in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level Remote Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through email, phone, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously learn about new products and services to provide the best support to our customers - Assist in training and onboarding new team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a remote team environment
