Support Representative

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a motivated and confident Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product and service information to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with order processing and shipment tracking - Performing administrative tasks related to customer support - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department - Participating in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strategic planning and time management skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
