Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


Hanesbrands is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints effectively. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assisting with order processing and fulfillment as needed. 6. Contributing ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures. 7. Representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality that is customer-focused and solutions-oriented. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding innovative solutions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 6. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations. 7. Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
