Job Description - Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Support Representative to join our team at Danaher. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries and providing solutions to their problems - Utilize your people management skills to handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems quickly - Motivated to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations - Experience in data analysis and reporting preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
