Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Dominion Resources is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and be driven to provide exceptional support to our remote team members.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to team members across multiple locations - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues - Assist with setting up and configuring remote workstations - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions - Collaborate with IT department to escalate more complex technical issues - Provide guidance and training to team members on remote technology tools - Stay up-to-date on the latest remote support technologies and techniques

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a remote support role - Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence - Strong leadership skills to guide team members through technical issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in remote support tools and software - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to exceed expectations
