Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Support Specialist to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time Associate Level role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assisting customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and insurance coverage questions. 3. Collaborating with the sales team to provide seamless customer service. 4. Troubleshooting technical issues with insurance systems and software. 5. Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of insurance products and services. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. 4. Creative thinking and a willingness to explore new solutions. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
