Job Description:
Delek US Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to internal and external customers. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems. 3. Document support activities and solutions for future reference. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 5. Implement and maintain remote support tools and systems. 6. Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use software applications and hardware devices. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of IT support policies and procedures. 8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with strong problem-solving skills. 2. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Creativity in finding innovative solutions to technical problems. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 6. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a plus. 7. Experience working with remote support tools and systems.
