Support Specialist

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This entry-level position will provide support to various departments within the company and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. 2. Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 4. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents. 5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Creativity and planning skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
