Support Specialist

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and problem-solving assistance to our internal team members.

Responsibilities: - Provide troubleshooting and technical support for software, hardware, and network issues - Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems and equipment - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to technology-related problems - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions - Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth resolution of technical issues - Perform regular software updates and maintenance tasks - Assist in the development and implementation of new technology initiatives

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Excellent communication skills - Technical proficiency in software, hardware, and network troubleshooting - Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
