Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position, based in Wellington, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role and possess independent and dedicated personality traits.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote support to internal and external stakeholders. - Responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Documenting support activities and maintaining accurate records. - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and workflows. - Participating in training sessions and staying current on product updates. - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Experience working in a remote environment is preferred. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
