Job Description: Kohl’s is seeking a passionate and energetic Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a remote, part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay knowledgeable about Kohl’s products and services to better assist customers. 7. Continuously strive to improve processes and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Comfortable working remotely and using online communication platforms. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support. 9. Must be energetic and enthusiastic about helping customers.
