Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a Support Specialist to work from home in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, creative, and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide efficient and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
