Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Lansing Trade Group is currently seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience, who possess the ability to adapt quickly and bring a high level of energy to the role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use decision-making skills to handle customer requests and issues effectively - Demonstrate attention to detail in all interactions with customers
