Job Description:
News Corp. is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, and possess strong time management and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors through web chat to provide information and assistance - Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all interactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Excellent written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
