Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues - Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating a strong understanding of products and services - Utilize resources and tools to efficiently address customer inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information in written form - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and resourceful with a strong desire to help customers - Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
