Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Altria Group is currently seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Energetic and dedicated personality with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Excellent written communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
