Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an entry-level role, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Leadership skills to take charge of situations when necessary - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience using web chat platforms is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with others - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
