Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through chat services on our website. This role requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Engaging with customers through web chat to provide information and assistance - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong adaptability and research skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
