Web Chat Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a passionate and confident Web Chat Associate to join our team at Dawn Aerospace. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ.

As a Web Chat Associate, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner through our online chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential. Additionally, you will need to have strong typing skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat environment. You must also possess strong people management and cooperation skills, as you will be working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to change. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company are also important qualities we are looking for in our Web Chat Associate.
