Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description: SpartanNash is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote web chat team - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality customer service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to web chat management - Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to web chat platform

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service or web chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven experience with research and negotiation skills - Hardworking and detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction - Experience with remote work and ability to thrive in a virtual team environment
