Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat operations and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Analyze chat data to identify trends and insights for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer support across channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members - Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
