We are seeking a skilled Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Lear, a leading company in the automotive industry in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
As the Remote Web Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of chat agents who provide support to customers through web chat. You will be responsible for monitoring chat interactions, ensuring high-quality customer service, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing chat data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
