Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Monsanto in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication with our customers and clients. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing direction, support, and feedback as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the web chat team - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat operations with overall business strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the web chat experience for customers - Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Train new web chat agents and provide ongoing training and support for the team

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong drive to succeed - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding solutions - Experience with web chat software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Knowledge of agricultural industry practices is a plus
