Job Description - Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. The Web Chat Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, looking to make a meaningful impact in the entertainment industry.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all incoming web chat inquiries from customers - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Train and mentor team members on chat best practices - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets - Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Driven and hardworking with a customer-first mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
