Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Parker-Hannifin is looking for a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the company's web chat platform and ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the web chat platform to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Analyze web chat data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience through web chat - Train and mentor team members on best practices for web chat communication - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat management

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Motivated and independent personality traits - Strong communication and research skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
