Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Manager to work remotely for Chesapeake Energy in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in web chat management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. - Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support company goals. - Collaborate with IT to maintain and update chat technology as needed.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in web chat management, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cooperation and teamwork. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. - Energetic and motivated personality traits that align with Chesapeake Energy's values. - Experience with profit sharing and travel opportunities a plus.
