Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description

Plains GP Holdings is currently seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel - Collaborate with the marketing team to create web chat content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the web chat platform and make recommendations for improvement - Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality customer service in all web chat interactions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong strategic planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
