Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Auckland, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, we require a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Web Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for training and supervising a team of chat agents, monitoring chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance standards are met, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

To excel in this role, you must be motivated and resilient, with strong problem-solving and planning skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing web chat operations and driving results. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also essential.
